Hello.
Oh gosh! I have a lot of things to tell!
Last week I voted. I voted for the first time in my life.
I was so nervous!
And I am gonna be more nervous at the presidential elections in a few years.

June was a month of elections.
My father and my uncle got a letter from Italy about the elections there. Although they live here now, they can vote by mail :)

Speaking of elections, I was checking the NBC site for info about the fifth season of Heroes, and I found THIS.

In other news:
Last week I had two exams, the same day (yes, again).
Luckyly, I passed math! =D
But I'm not sure if I will pass "Introduction to Scientific Thought". I suck at this subject! And I don't know why!! Please Layton, help me!
Anyway, school and university classes were cancelled, bringing forward winter holidays here.
That's because the government responded too late to swine flu epidemic alert (yes Ms President, I'm talking about you) >:(


Well, that's all.
I just wanted to show that I'm still alive and active here xD

It's incredible! The temperature is so low. It's supposed to be autumn but it's too cold here, like winter!
Many people have caught a cold and... Guess what? Me too D:
And this horrible allergy that torments me every year!
But I'm getting well now, don't worry :)

Hello!
Sorry for my absence here on Livejournal. I started with my university studies about two months ago and this academic year is consuming my life! xD
Gosh! I have too many things to tell you!
The first day I was really nervous.
My brother and my mother gave me some advices, the university was a new world for me (completely different from my high school). My sister made a tutorial to help me how to travel by bus (I had never travelled by bus before OTL).

I've known many interesting people, there are students from different provinces and different countries too! I have classmates that are Chilean, Brazilian, Peruvian, Italian, Chinese and Ukranian! (what a melting pot! xD).

I pass around 9hs in the university (stupid schedules >O). I know this won't be easy but I must make some sacrifices for this beautiful career.

Now I have more responsibilities and I don't have much free time as before. I'll try to update this thing and reply to comments and entries!

This is my last post of the year. Too many things have happened!
2008 have been a really good year for me. I made more friends, I graduated from High School and I decided what to study in the university :D
At the moment we are beginning the preparations to receive the new year.
I don't know how things will be in 2009 but I'm making some major plans.
I wish for a great year, with opportunities and a lot happiness for all.

Exams are over!
I Took my last exam (final math exam) last week.
Surprisingly easy exam, I finished it quickly and I got an A :)

Goodbye High school!
My graduation ceremony will be in a few days and I'm sure I will cry.
And next year I will take the university entrance course. I'm so happy! :D

Let's talk about...English language.
You know I'm still a learner, I want to improve every day and keep learning.
I used to hate English when I was in middle school because I was pretty bad at it.
Actually I don't hate it, I can understand it and I think is a beautiful language, but is a bit difficult to me speak/writing in English spontaneously.
I'm not that bad right now xD, but still, I'm not very good at it.
If some of my comments sound weird, please, forgive me :'(

Yesterday I went to the Expouni, an exhibition of universities of my country and international universities. It was like a conference or meeting to help students about careers, universities institutes, etc.
I obtained much information about it (and pamphlets of 9 different universities xD).
Also, there was a young lady who was giving information about an American university with seat in Turin (Italy). The girl was from Chicago and she had been living in Italy for a long time, so she didn't speak Spanish very well but she knew a lot of Italian and was fluent in English (luckily, I know those languages and I was able to speak with her a little).
After all, I decided to study architecture at the UBA.

1) I sprained my finger in my last PE class and I couldn't draw for 2 weeks. D:

I have been reading some comments and I realized that in other countries people are already in summer vacation. But I live in the Southern Hemisphere and I must wait until December for my summer vacation (It's all about the solstices and equinoxes in different places D:).
In fact, the school year starts early march and ends mid december before Christmas in my country, but in other countries it seems to be different.
Every country has their own holidays as well :D
